Live Mini Workshops

For taking practical action

A Hella Talk is an action-oriented space where you are invited to wrestle with the uncertainty and complexity of today’s world with courage and curiosity.

Discover your next right step toward conscious culture-building and the future of social justice at work.

Hella Talks invite you to...

  • Engage with thought leaders to create more inclusive workplaces
  • Build connections with other leaders committed to creating a more just and equitable world
  • Walk away with practical tools and strategies to increase your social impact and feel supported in this work
  • Reflect on your own leadership practices and see ways you can show up and make a difference
  • Reinvigorate a sense of hope and possibility for the future of our workplaces and communities

How it works?

Each mini workshop is 90 minutes, hosted on Zoom. Followed by a 30 minute bonus after party.

The whole experience happens in five parts: Welcome, Listen, Engage, Connect, and Integrate.

  1. Welcome: We’ll gather everyone in the space then introduce the talk topic
  2. Listen: We’ll meet the thought leaders and listen to the conversation between them
  3. Engage: We’ll engage with them through an interactive audience Q & A
  4. Connect: Then, there’s a BONUS after party to connect with other attendees and reflect on the conversation
  5. Integrate: You’ll leave the talk with practical actions and we’ll share follow-up resources so you can continue making an impact

Before & After

What you’ll take away

In addition to inspiration and information, we’ll give you the tools and support to take practical action towards showing up as someone who is inclusive and equity-minded in your organization, community, team and beyond.

We’ll demonstrate what showing up like that looks like and feels like so you can experience it first hand. And we’ll also provide a resource list so you can keep practicing and learning after the event.
